Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During holidays, product launches, or market weekends, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we’ll contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Shipping times are estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of both the packaging and the damaged item(s). We’ll work with you to find the best possible solution.

If your package appears to be lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, we’re happy to help however we can.

Local Pickup

If local pickup is offered, you will receive an email with pickup instructions once your order is ready.
